Enid Blythe Inc. (“Enid Blythe,” “we,” “us”) operates enidblythe.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, messages you send us, product reviews, and your email signup.

Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our site, we and our partners may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, how you arrived at our site, and similar browsing information, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. How we use your information

• To process and ship your orders and provide customer service
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates
• To send marketing emails, if you sign up (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To understand how our site is used and improve it
• To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited our site
• To prevent fraud and comply with the law

3. Who we share information with

• Shopify: hosts our store and processes checkout and payments
• Shipping carriers: to deliver your order
• Klaviyo: to send our marketing emails
• Judge.me: to collect and display product reviews
• ShopMy: to track purchases referred by our affiliate partners
• Advertising and analytics partners: Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest, as described below

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing browsing data with advertising partners so they can show you our ads on other sites may be considered “sharing” under California law. You can opt out at any time (Section 6).

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

When you visit our site, we ask for your permission before using analytics and marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies, such as those that keep items in your cart, always run because the site cannot work without them.

If you accept, we use:

• Google Analytics: to understand how visitors use our site
• Google Ads: to measure ad performance and show our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing)
• Meta pixel, TikTok pixel, and Pinterest tag: to measure ad performance and show our ads on those platforms
• Klaviyo: to personalize our emails based on your activity on our site
• ShopMy: to credit affiliate partners for referred purchases

To change your choice, clear the cookies for our site in your browser and the consent banner will appear again, or email us. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Global Privacy Control

6. Your choices and rights

Whether or not the law requires it in your case, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop sharing it for advertising purposes

Email information@enidblythe.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain, such as order records for tax purposes. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

To stop marketing emails, click “unsubscribe” in any email.

7. Data retention

We keep order information as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

8. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
