Refund policy

We hope you adore your new dog bed as much as we cherished crafting it. Below you’ll find our return and refund policy for your review before purchasing.

The Bed

  • If you have received your Enid Blythe Dog Bed and have not opened the vacuum seal, you will be eligible for a return or an exchange of size. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date. The Enid Blythe Dog Bed must be unopened for a return with full refund. 
  • For beds that have been opened, we cannot accept returns; this is due to the bed vacuum sealing process and the fact that it cannot be re-packaged for resale once expanded. If you are still in doubt about the size and have received your delivery, please do not open the bed and contact our team at information@enidblythe.com. We can arrange an exchange or return as long as the bed is still vacuum sealed.

The Cover

  • Covers can be opened, but must be unused to be eligible for a return. 

If you satisfy these conditions and wish to return your item(s), please contact us at information@enidblythe.com for return details. Shipping back to the Enid Blythe warehouse will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, if the bed has been unopened and the cover is in unused condition we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to show up on your statement. If you haven’t received your approved refund after 10 business days of us notifying you of the return item receipt, please contact us at information@enidblythe.com

Manufacturing Defects

If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect please get in touch with us at information@enidblythe.com as soon as possible with photos of the defect and we will inform you on how to proceed. Quality is of the utmost importance to us and we’ll do everything we can to assist in a timely manner. 

Foam Compression

This product contains high-density memory foam. When first opened, the foam may appear firm or slightly compressed, especially in colder temperatures. Please allow 48–72 hours at room temperature for full expansion.


If the product is compressed for long periods, we recommend opening and allowing the foam to breathe at least once every 6 months. Issues caused by long-term compressed storage are not considered product defects.

Warranty

Enid Blythe offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

This limited warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you receive an item with a defect please get in touch with us at information@enidblythe.com to provide pictures so we can resolve the issue. 

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use.
  • Damages caused by rough dog use. This includes but is not limited to: Bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching and stains.
  • Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store.
